Our plant has a mattress unit and a foam unit, so the foam inside your mattress is made by us too. In-house foaming, vertical and circular cutting, peeling and CNC contour cutting, then computerised quilting and Japanese tape-edging.

Shape
Precision cutting
Blocks are cut into layers of exact thickness, then trimmed to size, custom sizes included.

Surface
Fabric quilting
The top fabric is quilted to a thin layer of HD foam for a soft, even sleeping surface.

Build
Layer assembly
Core, comfort layers and quilted panels are stacked and fixed in the order each model's design calls for.

Finish
Tape-edging
The edges are closed with tape and stitched, giving the mattress its clean, firm border.

Dispatch
Quality check and packing
Each mattress is measured and inspected, then packed for dispatch from the plant.
