How to choose a mattress.
1 · Firmness
Our feel guide runs from 1 (soft) to 10 (extra firm). For back support or a heavier body, look at 7 and up. For a softer, cushioned feel, 4 to 5. In between, 6 balances both.
2 · Thickness
We make 4″ to 7″ mattresses. Thicker models have room for more comfort layers; 4″ and 5″ keep a firmer, lower profile. Check the height against your headboard.
3 · Size
Measure inside the bed frame. Single is 72 × 30 or 36, Double 72 × 48, Queen 72 × 60 and King 72 × 72. Anything else, we make to measure.

5 · Sleep position
Back sleepers usually do well on firm (7+). Side sleepers often prefer medium (5–6) to cushion shoulders and hips. Stomach sleepers need firm, so the hips stay level.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Prices shown are starting prices for Single 72″ × 30″, incl. GST. Bond Tuff is priced for Queen 72″ × 60″.
How is the price for my size worked out?
Open a mattress and pick your size, length and thickness. The price updates as you choose.
What does the feel score mean?
It is our in-house SleepSure feel guide, from 1 (soft) to 10 (extra firm), to compare our own mattresses. It is not a lab measurement.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Open 'Need a custom size?' on the product page, enter your length and width, and we'll call you with a quote.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free. We dispatch within 2–5 working days of payment and deliver within 5–10 working days after that.
How long is the warranty on each range?
Eco 1–5 years, Budgeted 5, Premium 7, Luxuria 10, Super Luxury 15, Hotel 6 and Hospital 2–3. It covers core manufacturing defects, pro-rata. Full terms.
